Crossweek

Terms of Use

Effective September 25, 2026

Crossweek is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add a few points specific to Crossweek. If the two ever conflict, Apple's agreement wins.

The app and its puzzles

Crossweek's original puzzles, themes and design are provided by Zachary Kane. The app also includes fonts used under open licenses. You may use the app for your own personal enjoyment. You may share images of your week from the app's share button, and screenshots of your own play.

Remove Ads

"Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase that turns off ads in Crossweek for as long as the app is offered, on devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Apple processes the payment, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can restore the purchase at no cost from the Remove Ads screen.

Scores and leaderboards

Leaderboards run on Apple's Game Center. Please play fairly. Apple's Game Center terms apply to your profile and scores.

Ads

The free version shows ads served by Google. We don't control the content of individual ads. If you see an ad you think is inappropriate, tell us and we'll report it.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop offering features, themes or puzzles. We'll try to keep a new puzzle available every day, but we can't promise the app will always be available or free of errors.

No warranty and limits of liability

Crossweek is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
